1) Why do you have two different versions of Sign Estimator?
Australia currently has a convoluted tax system that is
markedly different from others around the world. This is changing as of 1
July 2000, and around that time we may merge the two programs into one. In
the mean time the Australian one is for Australia, and the International version
is for the rest of the world. All currencies are handled, but only in the
English language at this stage.

2) When is an update to Sign
Estimator being
released?
The current version of Sign Estimator is scheduled to continue
into the year 2000. At some time during that year a new version will be
released containing numerous new features, including many suggestions made by some
of the hundreds of happy Sign Estimator users worldwide. Languages
other than English are planned, with initial roll-outs planned for late
2000. If you have any ideas you want included in future releases, then please let us
know. See FAQ 4 for more information.

3) What made you create this program?
We have been suppliers to the sign industry since 1991 and initially started
writing Sign Estimator after having many queries from customers
who could find nothing available for the Australian market. After release in
Australia in 1995 we discovered that similar programs in the US were being sold
for extremely high prices and went about modifying the program for the US and
Canada and releasing it to that market. The availability of Internet
marketing allows us to market it to the world, at substantially lower prices.

4) I have a great idea for a new feature in Sign Estimator. Where do I send it?
We love ideas from users, or potential users, for features
to be added. All we need is a description of the feature, how you would
like to see it work and why you think it is needed. With changes to the
program, the same sort of information is needed. What you would like
changed, how you would like it changed and why. To get the information to
us, either email us at wishlist@signestimator.com
or fax us on +61-7-3865-2579. Please note that we will include features as
we see fit. Sending an idea does not guarantee that it will be
incorporated in
the program, but we will evaluate all suggestions and be responsive to demand.

5) What do I get when I buy Sign Estimator?
When you purchase Sign Estimator you will receive a CD-ROM containing the latest version of Sign Estimator and the current manual in PDF format for you to print out, using any Windows-supported printer. We issue the manual in electronic format to help reduce packaging and shipping costs allowing us to provide Sign Estimator at a low price.
You also receive unlimited
email technical support and a unique username and password which allow you
access to our restricted support area of the website
containing additional tools,
tips and tricks and more.

6) How much does Sign Estimator cost?
Sign Estimator is sold for $295.00 Australian. Sales in Australia are freight free,
while sales outside Australia attract a $15.00 Australian shipping fee. For international orders this
equates to around $171.10 US for the program and $8.70 US shipping fee (based
on an exchange rate of US$1.00 = A$0.58). You can place an order online
